This programme gives immigrant entrepreneurs the opportunity to start and run a business in Quebec.

You must fulfil the basic requirements, which include being a Quebec citizen, presenting your business plan, and meeting the financial requirements, among others.

You’ll be able to run your business on your own or with up to four other foreign nationals who meet the program’s criteria. However, you may be unable to receive financial aid or a loan.

Your application will be assessed based on your age, work history, financial status, and educational background. Your language skills in English and French will be checked as well.

Make sure you have all of your documents prepared ahead of time so you can file them on time.

It is specifically for business people and investors who want to settle and do business in Quebec.
