The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) collaborates with the Government of Canada to invite immigrants, refugees, and foreigners to apply for permanent residence in Canada.
You may apply to the OINP for a nomination if you are an international student, a foreign worker, or if you have the qualifications, education, and experience to work in Canada.
After you submit your documents and complete the application, the ONIP will identify and nominate people who possess the skills and expertise that the Ontario economy requires. Your application will be reviewed by the Canadian government, and you will be nominated for permanent residency.
Otherwise, your application will be denied if you do not meet all of the required criteria for this stream. The Government of Canada takes the final decision on whether or not to approve or deny your permanent residency application.
