The process

Each sets of Provincial Nominee programs has their own specific process. 

The general process is to:

  1. submit an expression of interest to the province
  2. Get invited to apply to the Provincial Nominee Program
  3. Receive approval from the Province
  4. Apply to Express Entry to IRCC
  5. Receive permanent residence to Canada
